La demanda se rechazó porque los planteamientos formulados por el actor no consiguieron satisfacer los requisitos de certeza, especificidad y suficiencia, según lo advertido desde el auto inadmisorio.
Encontró la Sala Plena de la Corporación que el accionante no acreditó desfase alguno en los planeamientos de la magistrada sustanciadora en lo que respecta a la apreciación de las exigencias de aptitud sustantiva cuando valoró la corrección de la demanda y, por ello, decidió NEGAR el recurso impetrado.

- Primero. NEGAR el recurso de súplica interpuesto por el ciudadano Evaristo Raúl Gutiérrez Armenta contra el auto proferido el 2 de octubre de 2025, que rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad contra el parágrafo (parcial) del artículo 184 de la Ley 115 de 1994, "[p]or la cual se expide la Ley General de Educación".
- Segundo. Por Secretaría General, COMUNICAR el contenido de esta decisión al demandante, y adviértasele que contra ella no procede recurso alguno.
- Tercero. ARCHIVAR este expediente una vez ejecutoriada esta decisión.
